Warm-Up:
3 rounds
30 Single Unders
10 Air Squats (5 slow + 5 Fast)
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
10 arm haulers

then 2x barbell complex with split

Strength:
Four sets of (moving through each A - B - C):
A. Turkish Get-Up x 2 reps each arm 
Rest :45
B. Goblet Squats x 6-8 reps @ 33x1 
Rest :45
C. Kettlebell Swing x 15-20 reps 
Rest :90

MetCon:
In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in
AMRAP 12:00:
3 Ground to Overhead
6 Toes to Rings or 9 V-ups
