Sunday Thoughts - Staying Committed

As you continue to work towards your fitness goals, it's important to stay committed. Committing to your goals means staying focused on your goals, even when it's difficult. It also means being consistent, and taking the necessary steps to achieve your goals, even when it's difficult.

One way to stay committed is to remind yourself of why you started. Why are you working towards these goals? What will achieving these goals mean for you? Keeping this in mind will help to keep you motivated and on track.

Another way to stay committed is to find ways to make your fitness goals more enjoyable. This could mean finding ways to make your exercise routine more fun or finding ways to make your diet more enjoyable.

Two actionable steps you can take this week:

  • Remind yourself of why you started and keep that motivation in mind as you continue to work towards your goals.
  • Find ways to make your fitness goals more enjoyable. Tie it to your why! Make your favorite food, or maybe find a way to make your favorite food healthier.
